Exquisite views from the lovely Junior Suite with Sea View complemented by gorgeous gardens and an excellent beach with plenty of privacy. Service was outstanding—the staff treated us like family and were extremely accommodating throughout our stay. However, the air conditioning struggled in the bathroom due to poor design, and walking to the beach from our specific room required navigating through shrubs, which felt inconvenient. Moreover, smoking allowed on the property was off-brand for a luxury resort, especially for a health-conscious guest.

The beach is something out of a dream, fine sand and turquoise water for miles. Every day we sat under the sun, our villa host always checking in on us with ice towels and drinks.

It wasn’t cheap, but acceptable for the experience.

We had the best time soaking up the sun at the beach, with our villa manager Matthew checking in on us daily to ensure everything was perfect. The Explorers Club kept our teenagers entertained with so many fun activities that made it easy for us to relax.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly dining options would enhance the experience.

Our stay was exceptional, with stunning ocean views from our room and a beautifully maintained beach that felt like paradise. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and special thanks to the friendly staff like Priscilla and Fiona for their warmth each morning. I particularly enjoyed the snorkeling trip with Deron and Eddie, where safety was prioritized and laughter was abundant. The slight inconvenience was the distance from our room to the beach, which required navigating through some greenery.

It was just a perfect match for a two-day stay in West End Village with decent value for money. I loved having frozen grapes served to me on the beach. it made lounging under the sun even better. Order the frozen lemonade for a great refreshment when it gets hot.
